About Our Tees
Quality is of the utmost importance to us here at Down 280 Apparel. We choose to only use high quality threads that are either 100% airlume combed and ring spun cotton or no more than 50/48 airlume combed and ring spun cotton/polyester blend. The men's/unisex tees are all side seamed instead of the cheaper alternative, tubular cut. This ensures your new tee will hold it's shape long after the newness wears off. It might cost a little more, but we want you to LOVE your tee for more than a season.
About Our Printers & Ink
With Digital Printing, your design is printed directly onto the garment using water-based CMYK inks. Like ink jet printers, this technique allows you to print millions of colors making it a perfect choice for full-color photographs and intricate artwork. Plus, digital printing allows us to offer custom tees with no minimum order requirement. We use high quality inks that produce clean, bright prints with superior wash-ability. They are eco-friendly and Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified for human ecological requirements...meaning our inks are certified safe for adults, children, and babies.
